Description of deck by its author (quoted):
Want to frustrate your friends with a nasty lockdown surprise? Try Cell Block 6.

The important part of this deck is the Null Rod+Mycosynth Lattice combo, everything here is to get to that point or kill using it. You'll want to try and get at least one Propaganda out before the combo hits (although it is technically possible to get it out after the combo with enough spirit guides...), to prevent being killed by simple attackers. Tutors and the Howling Mine help you reach the combo, and Dark Ritual, Rain of Filth, & Lotus Petal assist in getting it out before your opponent can respond (hopefully).

Once you drop the combo, wait for Black Vise and a Spirit Guide to play it, and you should be golden, or you can play a little looser and wait to combo until you have your killer in hand. With luck, your opponent won't have any idea what you are doing until after they are locked down.
