Description of deck by its author (quoted):
This is a deck from the 2001 Magic Invitation Auction of the People decks. Over 3000 theme deck creations were submitted to Wizards of the Coast and Mark Rosewater and team had the reduce them down to 17 for the event. This is one of the honorable mention decks but Mark Rosewater didn't provide any specific information on why this deck was honorable. All I can tell you is that it is both an Eye theme deck and it is an Eye sounding theme deck.
