Description of deck by its author (quoted):
This deck centers around Barren Glory as an alternate win condition. Specifically Barren Glory, Oblivion Ring and Worldpurge. As described in one of the MDV Combo Pages:

Play Barren Glory. Then Play Oblivion Ring on Barren Glory. Then Play Worldpurge and choose to keep no cards. Barren Glory will come back into play since Oblivion Ring left play and you will win the game. (Since you have no other cards in play and no cards in hand).

Kitchen Finks + Heartmender are two great ways to keep alive in the beginning of the game while your opponent attempts to beatdown you to death or burn your to death.

Everything else in the deck is designed to find your pieces. You have Telling, Ancestral Vision, Glittering Wish and Idyllic Tutor to find the key cards. Pact of Negation helps to protect your key combo pieces.
