Description of deck by its author (quoted):
With this deck I’m playing 36 spells with 24 land, 6 of those spells fetching lands. Remember, land is your friend, and basic lands are your best friends.  The more land you get, the more times you can set off the Ambassador, and the more spells you can play.  Memory Lapse and Temporal Spring both kill draws for your opponent, which makes them mad, and you happy. Better yet, after casting one of these, Predict can come in handy, giving you two cards for two mana at instant speed. It doesn’t get much better than that.  Collective Restraint provides a big barrier to those trying to get past it.
