This is a lockdown deck of the evilest kind: Isochron Scepter +
Counterspell. The only other counterspell in the deck is Exclude
(not counting the sideboard cards). The rest of the deck is
drawing, sifting and one alternate win condition: Darksteel Reactor.
While the Reactor is slow to win you game, your lockdown combo should
buy you the time you need to win the game. There is not one
creature in the deck.
To help draw
cards you have Accumulated Knowledge, Gush and Opportunity. The
sift through your deck you have Long Term Plans, Brainstorm and Trade
Routes. Fire/Ice is imprintable on the Scepter should you want to use
the Fire side without paying any red mana. You have Reminisce to
refuel your library should the game last longer than normal or should
you need to Mill your opponent instead of winning with the Reactor.
