Shock Therapy.

Description of deck by its author (quoted):
Shock therapy revolves around two cards: Mana bards and Power Surge.  Everything else supports these two.  Chimeric Idol and Dragon Whelp and the Dragon keep your lands tapped while Urza's Armor keeps you from taking too much damage.  Spell Shock boosts the damage your opponent takes and the burn spells like Shock and Lightning Bolt should keep you ahead.  Jackal Pup is a nice creature for early damage and blocking.  This is an incredibly aggressive deck.  The Thran Dynamo's help you get your Armor's out early.

The concept is there, the cards could probably use some tweaking, but have fun with it.  It's not the best, but it offers you a variation to the same old burn and sligh decks out there!
