Turbo Fog 2009 Standard.

Description of deck by its author (quoted):
Whisperings of a Turbo Fog deck could be read in this very space just a few short weeks ago, but Gabe Carleton-Barnes piloted his own take on the deck to the Top 8 of Regionals in Edison, New Jersey. His plan was to draw tons of extra cards with Howling Mine effects. Then, he'd lock out the combat step each turn with a Fog effect, before finally decking his opponent on the back of Jace Beleren or the regular draw step.
