Description of deck by its author (quoted):
I made this deck to facilitate the Carpet of Flowers / Quicksilver Fountain combo. Once you get the combo on the table, you need a way to keep it there and a way to use all of the mana involved. Helm of Obedience, Prosperiy and Stroke of Genius help to use that mana while milling your opponent card by card. But then there's the worry of keeping the Quicksilver Fountain in play. The Soratami from the CHK block help out here by allowing you to return a land you control to your hand for an effect so that during the next upkeep, there is at least one land that isn't an island. Eternal Witness is the regrowth card of the deck and Rayne is there to help you recover when your opponent starts to go for your permanents. Gurzigost is there to make sure you don't mill yourself as a backup. This deck could use some tweaking, but I encourage you to do that on your own time.
