9/21/09 - Did you know you can post your combo
ideas in the forum? Well, you can. There is a specific
thread for each set as well as a thread for specific combos like
infinite combos. For instance, if you want to post a combo
using a spoiled Zendikar card, you can post them
here. If you have a combo for Magic 2010 cards, post them
here. Infinite Combos? Post them
here. All of the combo threads are in their own forum,
found
here. Enjoy! Note you can still email them to me,
although posting them in the forum is a bit easier (for me).
Be sure and check out some of the existing combos already posted so
you aren't duplicating something someone already submitted!

Featured Combo Page for August: 25 Combos, 21 Deck Links, 8 Infinite
Combos!
8/24/09 - It's been a couple months
since the last combo page so this time around I present to you 25 new
combos. In these 25 combos are 21 deck links, eight infinite
combos and several very fun build-a-deck-around-me combos. Just to
give you a quick taste of some of the combos, here's a few of the
cards found in those combos: Plague of Vermin, Lotus Vale, Planar
Guide, Subterranean Spirit, Knight of the Mist, Tombstone Stairwell,
Void, Patagia Viper, Atogatog, Callous Giant, Soul Echo, Hell's
Caretaker and Morphling.As always there is
a mix of hard core combos as well as synergistic combos on the page.
Each color is represented and there isn't any specific theme tying
together each of the combos. I hope
you enjoy this month's featured combo page! As always, you can
post combos in the forum or email them to me. Links are at the top
of the page for each.

Featured Combos: Conflux (a little late)!
6/23/09 - June's combo page brings you combos from
Conflux including 20 new combos, some bonus combos in the
descriptions and several deck links. Everything from Magister

April's
Featured Combos: Gruul Style!
4/6/09 - Welcome to another featured combo page on
Magic Deck Vortex. This time around I've limited the cards to
Green, Red and Artifact making it a sort of Gruul-styled combo page.
There are a lot of new combos and only a few that
are from older combo pages. Check out these combos, have fun
building a deck around them and then submit some of your own combos.
Instructions on how to do this are on the page.

or else I'd be in big trouble with this combo page. (It should
have been posted over three months ago). While there are technically
only 20 combos on the page, be sure and read the description of each

new combo page I then add those combos to the Main Infinite Combo
Page and then to each applicable sub page (like Infinite
Creatures, Infinite
Mana, etc). Wait a
minute!!? You didn't know there was a whole section devoted to

10/12/07 - You only had to wait a week for batch
two of Lorwyn Combos and believe it or not, Part 3 will follow just in
time for Lorwyn Theme Week on MDV. You'll just have to wait to
see if it's next week or the following week. In the meantime, I

10/5/07 - I have lots of combos to post for Lorwyn
so instead of posting 40-60 combos on one page, I decided to break the
Lorwyn combos into three parts. Part one includes lots of casual
combos, two infinite combos and even some limited combos. There
are twenty combos in all. Note that deck links will follow as I
continue to update the deck database.If you
have a combo idea that hasn't been discussed in the forum already and
that wasn't posted in part one of the Lorwyn Combos, post in

(finally after two years!). Anyway, this page contains a handy
visual spoiler for all of the pieces needed to build an infinite
combo. Everything from land untappers, to mana producers to land
animators. If you like infinite combos, you'll love this page.
The update includes cards from Ravnica and Time Spiral block.
