Path to Exile with creature on the stack?
Could I theoretically cast Path to Exile to exile a creature spell still on the stack? I guess the question is, is a creature spell both a creature, and a spell. Im thinking about this a la Mindbreak Trap for exiling spells.

Re: Path to Exile with creature on the stack?
First off, moved to Magic Rulings.
Second, no. A creature spell isn't a creature until after the spell resolves. I assume you're trying to get around ETB abilities, and if that's the case it won't work.
