Elemental Appeal

I just want to make sure on this one. Elemental Appeal Exiles atthe end of the turn it "enters the battlefield"? I guessing yes, but someone said since it says "next end step" it doesn't Exile until the end of the next turn.

Beginning of the next end step is the new term for end of turn, so you were right, they were wrong.

Ball Lightning is in M10 and it doesn't say it, unless the "next end step" thing was just added in Zendikar.

Ball Lightning does say it (or at least a variant - "at the beginning of the end step" as opposed to "at the beginning of the next end step"). THe result is pretty much the same, though.

Then what is the point of it being different? Is it different based it's on a Sorcery?

Unless this has been cast during your end step (end of turn for oldies), which couldn't happen since this is a sorcery, yes it dies during your end step, not the turn after.

Take Kiki-jiki, if you put a token during that step, it will die on your next turn at the end step.

Fudge, I hate new wording...

i think that is because you can make sorceries intstant speed.

There is no difference in the wording. The 'next' is used on instants and activated abilities when you could use it in an End Step. But it doesn't change anything about how the ability works.
