you know i quit playing after fifth dawn and here comes a stupid freakin card that blows my entire concept. but here's a question since morph doesn't use the stack can i still use my abilities before his card resolves???

@ Syphon: He quoted me from the article. You should read the article Syphon. I know you never do, but it is funny.

@ 3nd3r: While morph does not use the stack, when it flips, its ability will be added to the stack. So you will flip your creature, triggering your ability. The opponent most likely responds by adding the Fatal Frenzy to the stack, allowing it to resolve and double the Riders power. Then the adds the Invocation to the stack, giving the Rider Shroud, THEN your creatures ability would resolve, and in most cases, the Shroud would case the ability to fizzle.

That's okay, a simple design with overwhelming flavor. (Not to mention each side survives the attacking creature without blocking.)

(Fun fact: Ryuzaki's card was the only one to include a Rarity.)

I'm pretty dissapointed with my group, where Tekkactus won. The card isn't that good to have gained so much praise. But alas, speaks who thinks this is the Rokzorz!

Nope. Shriekmaw. Shriekmaw is a creature that kills other creatures. It costs 4B (just like your card, if you play it as a morph and then flip it for 1B). They're both 3/2. They both have Fear. The similarities are as obvious as they can be. They're so obvious that as soon as I looked at Bitter, I wondered why you had redesigned Shriekmaw.

Sweet is slightly more original, but it feels just the same as Angel's Grace. As much as I like to see new versions of old cards, you've really just reinvented the wheel here. It wasn't fresh. That's why I didn't like your submission.
