Very interesting, like the use of both cards, but i prefer the banshee overall due to its kill all factor.

The Green/White one seems a bit slow. The mana curve is high, even with the few accel and early "Wrath" effect. Wall of roots, Devoted Druid, Fertilid maybe? I know Mass Calcify would wreck these, but they would help for early def and accel, no?

As for the 2 last deck, they seems fine. I have no idea for improvement .

Take note that I am not a fully experienced Standard player. That was only my 2 cents and maybe my judgment is not good. In no way you should take it personal too

Thank
-Mart

I know I'm being nitpicky, but when you say that the mono-White deck has more mana acceleration, that's not quite true. It has land fetching, but it all goes to the hand. You will still only be playing one land a turn; meaning that it will take a long time to get up to Twilight Sheppard / mass calcify mana.

I rather like the Neverending torment / pyrohemia / kulrath knight combo, though. If only the knight didn't accumulate -1/-1 counters, you could indeffinitely 'passify' an entire multiplayer field of creatures. (not that being able to indeffintely give them all -1/-1 coutners for (R) is bad in any way ^_^ ) Good show, good show

nice article Cashew i like your style of writing

tho i would love to have seen the banshee pop up instead of the the everlasting torment but then again it's evil Cashew and he wouldn't be evil anymore if he gave people what they wanted

but i do question the manacurve of the decks, the ideas are good but did u test them? (not that i'm that good of a refference for making great decks )

and once Twilight Shepherd comes into play the game is locked entirely. Twilight Shepherd and any of the spell wipes means that they become permanent wipes returning to our hand as she comes back into play. There's nothing an opponent can really do.
Hate to nitpick, but are you trying to say that Wrath of God, Austere Command, and Mass Calcify return to your hand if you have Twilight Shepherd in play? If so this is incorrect:

This would only work with the Magus of the Disk, in addition to Heartmender, in play (I assume that you meant the combo to be done with the Heartmender in play anyway).

Why don't you combine them, Everlasting Torment and Heartmender?? Nicely wrote though. I enjoyed it.
