I loved that article !
It was very lively and a lot of fun to read. Mixing the three concerns all together made them more inspiring and, the article being allusive, more thought-breeding. I think it illustrates well how one concept isn't worth to be thought on its own, since rivalry between concepts may cancel the value of one of them. Thus, tempo, card selection and mana base are all dependent one upon the other (did I get that right ?).

The concepts would have surely been clearer explained separately, but I guess that wasn't the concern of that article anyways

Seriously, I tried reading it a couple of times, but it always turned from reading to skipping to skimming to no more reading. It's not that I didn't like it, I just couldn't read it.

It was definitely different though, I'll give you that.

I didn't even really try to read the mixed up stuff... I read all the pieces when they were normal small articles, before Tynion went and screwed 'em all up.

Since I'm working on a deck database update, I figured an article reprint was in store. Enjoy this one again, guys. It was a masterpiece the first time around.

On top of spaghetti,All covered with cheese,
I lost my poor meatball,When somebody sneezed.

It rolled off the table,And on to the floor,
And then my poor meatball,Rolled out of the door.

It rolled in the garden,And under a bush,
And then my poor meatball,Was nothing but mush.

The mush was as tasty As tasty could be,
And then the next summer,It grew into a tree.

The tree was all covered,All covered with moss,
And on it grew meatballs,And tomato sauce.

So if you eat spaghetti,All covered with cheese,
Hold on to your meatball,Whenever you sneeze.

Oh, and interesting article concept. It really was quite like untangling a mound of spaghetti trying to make sense of it though.
